    A Visit to Golightly Cashmere

The Knitting Mill recently had the distinct pleasure of visiting our longtime customer Golightly Cashmere in Santa Fe, New Mexico. We thought we’d take the opportunity to take a few photos of their beautiful studio, which we’re sharing here.

If there’s anything as lovely than cashmere, it’s chocolate — especially the way the Golightly folks, founder Haleigh and her husband (and CEO) Oscar — do it. We got to sample some of their beautiful bon bons, as well. (Don’t be jealous — you can order your own here.)

Thanks much to Haleigh, Oscar and the whole Golightly crew for being such fantastic hosts during our stay!

Thanks, NBC 5 and Diana Zoga!

We were thrilled to welcome Diana Zoga from the Dallas-Fort Worth NBC affiliate on her visit to The Knitting Mill last month. Even better, her visit spurred an appearance by Ron Miskin of The Buffalo Wool Company.

With all of the tariff talk nowadays, manufacturing in the USA is coming under the spotlight — and we’re happy to take the chance to shine. Zoga produced a very educational fact-filled piece about what “Made in the USA” really means, and what it doesn’t. We were very proud to be featured along with The Buffalo Wool Company. Below, some screenshots from the segment — but be sure to check out the whole thing on their site.
